I was born and raised in San Francisco and have spent many years watercolor painting en Plein Air as well as in my studio. Painting and outdoor adventures have informed my life. I have hiked throughout this state and in Europe, New Zealand, Japan, Africa and Asia.
I have taken watercolor workshops en Plein Air and in studios with the following inspiring master artists:

2020 – present – Leader of Marin & Sonoma Plein Air Meet-up Group (200+ members);
11/2020 – Coastal Arts League accepted “Pillar Point Sail Boats” for their November exhibit;
11/2019 – Palo Alto Art League accepted “The Grand Canyon” into their 98th Anniversary Exhibition;
9/2019; 2/2020; and 4/2020 – 337 Mirada Art Gallery – Three day exhibits;
7/2019 – Marin County Fair – “Half Dome” received an Honorable Mention;
6/2019 – Palo Alto Art League accepted “Mist Trail Falls” into their watercolor exhibit;
8/2015 – Artists in Action, presented by downtown San Rafael and Marin Open Studios. “San Rafael Mission” received an Honorable Mention;
8/2015 – Underground Gallery accepted “San Rafael Mission” for the en Plein Air artists who participated in paint out;
2002 – Exhibited art at the new gift shop at the San Francisco Zoo;
6/1997; 6/1998; 6/1999; 6/2000 and 6/2002 – Youth in Arts’ San Rafael Street Art Fair. I participated in the popular annual pastel Streetfair and completed 4‘ x 6‘ pastel paintings during each of the two day events.
